This 3 session series is intended for elite Level players who are seeking the extra edge heading into tryouts. The  sessions will focus on key skills highlighted in try outs and conducted in both a  full ice and small group format.

Refine critical skills and dial in your game before tryouts. Make an impact and stand out! 

NIGHT 1 : EDGEWORK , POWER SKATING , STRIDE WORK, DECEPTION , PUCK HANDLING 

NIGHT 2 : PASSING , TIMING , GOAL SCORING , ODD MAN RUSHES , ATTACKING OFF THE RUSH 

NIGHT 3 : BATTLES, GAME SITUATIONS  , MINI GAMES , CONDITIONING
