Dates: MONDAY- THURSDAY July 28-July 31st

Rosters capped at 22 players to ensure optimal development and maximized reps* 

Detailed daily itinerary will be sent to all registered players prior to kicking off camp*

• TL Jersey 
• 3 Ice Slots Daily ( Powerskating, Skills and scoring, Competition based sessions) 14 total hours on ice ! 
• 3 Hrs daily of off ice training daily in the TL performance center
• Plyometrics, conditioning, strength and balance sessions daily 
• Team building/Leadership Training 
• OFF ICE Skills and Scoring LAB  powered by BAUER 
• Hockey IQ/Nutritional Seminars / Workshops with Current and Former Pros 
• Roller Hockey  Games
• Rapid Shot training 
• Recovery + Mobility Sessions 

Destination Camp with Hotel Accommodations at Hampton Inn Newburgh. 

Daily Hot Breakfast Bar Buffet included at hotel.

Performance Lunch-  included, Catered in  Daily  ( healthy nutritious meals following a college / pro style format) 

Snacks included : protein bars, fruits, trail mix, granola , pretzels, energy chews 

Dinner included Ordered to hotel or rink each night depending on evening activities  

Daily transportation included Bus service from the hotel to rink and back each day
